서울의 청소년들이 5.18민주화운동의 역사적 의의와 정신을 바르게 이해하고 숭고한 정신을 계승함으로써 ‘올바른 민주시민의식과 공동체정신’을 함양하는 계기가 되도록 한다.

** 대상 : 서울시내 소재 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교에 재학 중인 학생과 청소년
