1. 총회 일시 : 2019년 1월 19일 (토요일) 17:00~19:00

2. 총회 장소 : 서울시 종로구 율골로56 7층((사)서울기념사업회 교육장)

3. 성원 보고 : 총원 229명 중 38명 참석, 102명 위임, 합계 140명으로 성원보고

4. 회의 내용 :

                  - 감사 보고: 최수동 감사

                  - 2018년 사업보고 및 결산보고 : 최영선동의 및 나이균 재청으로 승인.

                  - 2019년 사업계획(안) 및 예산계획(안) 보고 : 한상석동의 및 임왕택 재청, 최양근 삼청, 회원 전체 박수로 승인.

                  - 2019년 사업계획(안) 및 예산계획(안)의 구체적 사업실행계획은 이사회의 심 의로 조정할 수 있도록

                    김인환상임이사의 동의를 고재달 재청을 받아 전원 박수로 승인.

                  - 공법단체에 대하여 위원회를 구성해 상황을 주시하면서 (사)5.18서울기념사 업회의 입장을 정할 것을

                    박석무 회원이 제안하고 회원 전체의 동의와 재청으로 승인함.

                   - 시민단체와의 협력관계를 위해 노력한다.

5. 임을 위한 행진곡 제창

6. 폐회 선언 : 최병진회장이 폐회를 선언함.
